If you’d like to rent from us you most likely fall into one of four categories:

1. You’re renting a grip truck package or truck mounted generator and probably some additional equipment and you already have “rented equipment”, “hired and non-owned auto”, and “hired auto physical damage” coverage as a part of your business insurance package.  If this is you then you’ll need to provide us with the following items:

           

Equipment and truck values denoted on the sample certificate will be dependent on your order. Please contact us for those amounts when you have a good idea of what your order will be.

2. You’re renting some equipment without a truck and you have “rented equipment” coverage as a part of your business insurance package.  If this is you then you’ll need to provide us with the following items:

3. You’re renting some equipment without a truck and you don’t have “rented equipment” coverage as a part of your business insurance package. If this is you then you’ll need to provide us with the following items:

4 .You don’t have any insurance at all. We’d love to have you as a customer. We want to make it as simple and inexpensive as possible for you. We ARE NOT an insurance company, and we CAN NOT sell you insurance coverage. We can’t “add you onto our policy” or any such thing.   What we DO have is a lot of experience in this insurance thing, and we know that having coverage is really for YOUR benefit. Give us a call, or send us an email, and we’ll be glad to suggest a few insurance companies that you can buy coverage from.  It doesn’t cost that much for the protection that it gives you, and we know some great folks that can get you set up quickly and affordably. You MUST have at least a General Liability policy to cover you and your crew while you are in possession of the equipment you’re renting from us. BEWARE of anyone who is willing to rent equipment to you that doesn’t ask for insurance!!!! You may find yourself in a bad position if something gets damaged or someone gets hurt and the lines of responsibility aren’t clear from the beginning.

If you’re a company that intends to do regular business with us then you may want to consider filling out a credit application. If we grant you credit based on your application then we will accept payment for your first job with us via cash, check or credit card (Mastercard,Visa, American Express).  After that, we can do business together based on the terms of your approved credit.
